Course is designed and divided in 3 parts:

1. Teaching: We teach below given books following the curriculum of Asia's largest Islamic University Darul Uloom Deoband.

• Books to be taught:
  السراجي في الميراث One of the most famous book in Hanafi Fiqh for learning Islamic law of Inheritance. After studying this book you would be able at advanced level to know how to divide the inheritance among the inheritors with all related details.
  شرح عقود رسم المفتي Second book of our curriculum to cover all the basic principles for Mufti in terms of issuing any written or verbal Fatwa.
  قواعد الفقه This book covers the islamic general rulings which are comprehensive and prevalent, through them the sub rulings are driven.
  Some other selected chapters of fomous Fatawa (Fatawa Shami, Badai' Al Sanai') are taught as well.

2. Self Study (Mutala): Students study the Fatawa books under the supervision of their teachers to gain wide knowledge of deeni Masail.

3. Written practice of Fatawa: Students write the answers of important & selective traditional and modern islamic cases following the rules of writing fatwa.
